Zero Tolerance 0562cf .... Full Titanium handles! Prototype done, teaser pics up...

Hey guys and gals, I thought I'd post up some pics of my progress in machining custom Titanium front side handles for ZT 0562's. This version is "Constitution" themed, and I'm really digging it so far. I'll be doing several color schemes and themes, as well as some carbon fiber inlays. Its been a fun project!

There are still some small tweeks I'm going to do, as well as dial in the surface finishes perfectly. These are full .140 thickness just like the framelock side, as I've deleted the front side liner. I might play with a stonewash finish on some to match the factory backside, and I'm experimenting with several anodize color schemes. I'll update this thread with more pics as these are nearing completion. Thanks for checking them out!

I'm liking those alot. The only zt I have is the 450 the titanium one, and really like it. Would get the 452 if not for the carbon fiber. If you do make titanium scales for that one I'll be all over it.

I'll put a thread up in the sale section, but they are very close to ready to go. I'm going to offer either just the handle for guys who want to upgrade theirs, or the complete knife with the handle installed and a few options of finishes/ anodized color schemes. I weighed it tonight, complete knife is 5.6 oz
Factory carbon fiber scale and liner together is 1.3 oz, my Ti handle is 1.6oz, so only .3 oz heavier.
