Should I worry about cleaning my new 560?
All I did is wipe the oil of the blade,put a lanyard on it and put her in my pocket.:D
 
I wouldn't worry about it. The open construction makes it easy to blow junk out of the inside with some compressed air, and maybe stick a Q-Tip in there if you get any gunk in there that some air won't get out. It's an easy knife to keep clean if necessary.
