Has anyone received one? The $30 option and not warranty replacement.

I've heard they come bead blasted with no markings except the ZT logo. Is that true?

If so, how do they process any possible future warranty work with no serial number?

If it's not true, can you change blade finishes? IE: If I have stonewashed and wanted tiger striped.


I'm looking to fall in love with my 0350 again and the broken tip is like a disfigured face. :eek:
 
You can get one replaced with a similar blade and no it will not have markings.

When talking to them in the past. They said same finish but with no Serial number marking. More or less sterile he told me. Just pay a few buck so get one. Go ahead and test the crap out of it before you send it in. You can also ask. If you can send it without the blade so they can reblade it and you can keep the current as a beater. I doubt it but I would ask.
