Sorry if this is in the wrong place bit thought this would be the right spot.

I've seen on a few knives, most recently some new ZT knives, the screws and pivots are colored in vibrant shades of blue and green. How are they achieving these colors? Are they using titanium hardware and anodizing? Ti coating steel and anodizing? Is it just paint?

I've been inspired to add some flare to some of my production knives and was curious about the colored hardware.

Thanks BF!

Read the description more closely and the handle screws are ti, but the pivot screw is steel. Now I'm even more curious, how did they get the steel pivot the same shade of color as anodized titanium?

Pivots are available in ti for many ZT models as well as standoffs and hardware. Steel povots can br bronzed with a torch
