I have a ZT 566 and the pocket clip is awful slick, its not bent or anything but if my jacket hooks it will jerk it out of my pocket. I'm carrying it in my right pocket point up, so the clip is against the frame lock side. Is there some way I can bend it to make it tighter? MY Emerson Kershaw fits very tight and its a frame lock.. I was kinda expecting a knife costing $150.00 to have a better clip than this..

You can take it off and bend it inward toward the scale of the knife so it's a tighter fit

Most people complain that the clip is to strong/tearing up their pockets. If you were to take it off and bend it tighter it might help. If that doesnt work there are aftermarket clips for it that might work (cant say because I dont carry a 566). Its always a compromise for the manufacturer to hit it right for the majority of buyers hope you find something that works for you.

Sorry you're having a bad experience with yours. The clip is perfect for me. I hope you're able to find a good solution.

Most of my pants are frayed from pocket clips and this one is so loose. How's the best way of bending it so its tighter? I don't want to screw it up! Thanks guys for all the help

Take the clip off the knife and bend it with your hands. I've done that with virtually every knife I've own, including numerous Kershaw/ZT.

Replaced a default ZT clip with a Ti clip I purchased for under $20. and never looked back.

That one looks a bit too short, having the pressure point right over the lockbar relief. I've had that happen before on other knives and kept snagging my pants, until I went with a longer clip...
