About a month ago, I got a 0301 from New Graham. The lock would not hold, so I emailed ZT. Cheryl responded within 24 hours, and I sent it back. Less than 2 weeks later, I had a replacement, which functions perfectly.

Nice to do business with a company that stands behind their products so thoroughly, and is so quick to respond.:thumbup:
 
Glad you got taken care of, Kershaw has always been great. :thumbup:

This should have been posted in GB&U forum though.
