Does anyone have a picture of the liner-lock on the Zero Tolerance ZT0200 Military Folder? I would like to see how thick it is if possible.

Thank you very much.

Does anyone have one that can give me an opinion on the lock-up?
I’ve been spoiled by using the Hossom Retribution 1 for over a year now with its thick Titanium liners. The ZT0200 blade reminds me of my BM Skirmish 630 which cuts really well but it appears that the ZT 0200 may have a fatter handle which would be good for me. I’d like to know how well it locks up.

The lock on the 0200 measures out at .075" while that Retrubution I goes out at .125" or 1/8". My 0200 locks up great and I am one of those who spine-TAP the blade, to make sure the geometry is correct and blade will not close, and the 0200 passes with no problems. The sculptered G-10 really fits my hand well and I have a large hand. An XL hand might have a slight problem with the forefinger groove but I don't know as I've heard not a single complaint. The liners are hardened stainless steel on the ZT so you probably will not get a lot of wear going on in the lock area, or at least less than you would with a titanium liner and I count that a bonus for this knife. The 154CM blade steel is very good and takes a great edge, hold's it relatively long, and is easy to touch up.

All in all, the ZT0200 is a great buy and you get much more than what you pay for...........one of the most underated deals out there, sorta like that Retribution I you have!!:D:D

The ZT0200 locks up like a bank vault, and that liner is as thick or thicker than some framelocks.

Great pics of the zt0200. I sort of ordered mine, with the hope that the lock liner was as good as everyone spoke of, and it does seem that I won't be disappointed. I was unaware that titanium was a soft metal. So am I to believe my Hossom Retribution-1 will actually lock up better as its use increases, or will I find that blade play will be the end result. Either way I really feel great about the retro, it is one solid folder, Just wish more companies made large bladed folders for me to collect. I guess my next step is the ER RAO. Can't stop now!

I know for a fact that you have nothing to worry about when it comes to the Retribution 1. I’ve owned that knife since it first came out and I go camping on average twice a month and I have taken it along and used it heavily on every camping trip I’ve been on for close to two years now. The Retribution opens and closes as smooth as the day it arrived and it has no blade play whatsoever. Other the handle has gotten darker over time you can’t tell it from a new knife and there hasn’t been any wear on the liner, it appears to still hit at the same spot on the back of the blade as it always has. I love this knife so much that I bought the Retribution 2 as well since I knew that it would be built just as well only smaller. I have a lot of love for the Benchmade Skirmish 630BK and the Spyderco full-sized Manix (EDC them both in rotation) but the Retribution1 is the best and most used folder I have ever bought.

I think that when you are talking a piece of titanium that is .125" thick you will not have to worry a lot about wearing the liner all the way over.

Well I do love my retro-1, Any ideas who might supply a different sheath for it. I went to my local sporting goods store and asked it they might have something that might work and the sales associate about passed out. His answer was no. Just got my zt0200. Sweet, but now I have to get the zt0301. There really is no end to the madness, is there?
