I just ordered a ZT 0200 from the Kershaw Guy. I thought long and hard between the 560 and the 200,but money being tight I went with the 200.
I hope I didn't make a mistake!

I think the ZT 0200 is a sweet knife if you don't mind a thick folder. It's definitely worth the money!

Y'all must have really small pockets if the 0200 makes it completely unusable for storing anything else. I can fit my Ipod touch, my keys, or my phone in the same regular-sized pants pocket comfortably. Even with jeans, and I'm not a big guy.

OP, you won't be disappointed in it. It is a refined tank that opens and closes smoothly with no trouble. Beat on it all you want and it will just ask for more.

I have a 0551 that I think is better than the 0200, but the 0200 just has a "presence" and heft that my other knives don't. It's really an impressive tool, and I like especially how they used a thick bolt for the pivot, that's precisely fitted enough to eliminate blade play. But what does it matter what people over the internet say, you're going to find out for yourself in a few days.

Thanks for the good replies. What kind of screwdriver/allen wrench etc. am I going to need and will I run into trouble changing the pocket clip, because I want the lanyard hole on top.

I just have a Fenix P2D in the same pocket and I carry this ZT 200 most of the time.

If the 0200 weren't recurved I never would have sold mine. If you don't mind sharpening with rods all the time it's pretty much the ultimate heavy duty folder. You will not be disappointed.

I have both the ZT 560 and 200, both excellent knives I would never trade/sell and would buy more if released in different sprint run steels, the ZT 200 is definitely heavier and bigger in pocket, however its never bothered me, I also find the 200 more ergonomic than the 560, (the 560 is just a little too narrow of a handle for my larger hands, still comfortable just not as much as the 200) the recurve is easily sharpened on a sharpmaker, and my 200 is actually just as smooth to open as my 560, I'd say you made a good choice, just save up for the other and get it down the road when you can, of course I'd be saying the same thing if you went with the 560 instead.

I love my 0200. Carry it everyday with no problem, don't even notice its there. I guess if you wear those skinny jeans that give you a moose knuckle then I guess you'd have trouble carrying it. WEAKBODIES

Not as good as the ZT 05xx range, still awesome knife.

I don't know about this, they're just different blades IMO.

The 0200 hold its own against much high priced knives; it's a GREAT knife and I carry my everyday.

I had to a 0200 and sold it.. Great knife though. You'll be totally happy. I sold mine because I got a 0301 and they kinda fill the same role. The only complaint I had about it was that the detent wasn't strong enough, but that mighta just been the one I had. You'll be happy.

Seeing these straight edge 0200s is making me hate my serrated one. I'm just gonna have to buy another 0200

Torx T6 for the clip, T10 for the standoffs. Get a good set of Torx drivers like a Wiha, and you shouldn't have any problems. Get a cheap hardware store set, and you'll probably end up crumbling through a few drivers that don't fit like I did before I got a better driver.

I have one and love it. Holds an edge, tough, easy to open. I cant see it ever letting me down.

Thanks, it really sounds like I made the right choice for my first ZT.I'll look in the hardware store tomorrow for a Torx set so I'll be ready.
