It's small.
Next to an Endura for scale:

Gentleman's Folder/Knife comes to mind.
It's also thin, if you have extra large hands it will get lost in your palm.
Barely big enough for me and I like large folders.
Light, feels almost toy like but that's to be expected with the Ti scales and small blade. Flipping out the Damasteel isn't like flipping out a larger blade; almost no modulation or feel. Just flicks out.
Forget gravity closing: too small and light.
Fit and finish are excellent, razor sharp, yada, yada, yada; what I expected for a blade of this price.
I don't usually look at blades of this size.
What got me was his larger blades weren't available (available now! as I write this) and I liked his themes.
OK, not the bacon stuff, but the skulls:

and the Memento Mori:

The scales also have some etching which makes it a bit different from the plain MS3s. I actually wanted a plain one to send out to engrave but instead I may send it out for anodizing.
Worth it?
Consider it entry level custom with Damasteel and I suppose so. I mean my larger custom Damasteel costs me over three times as much.
The plain Janes are less.
I'm just having a hard time getting over how small it is!
According to Zieba all his stuff is handmade in his shop.
I'm happy.
YMMV.
