Zinc Phosphate Durability On RAT-7?

Looking to purchase the Ontrario RAT-7 in 1095. How durable is the zinc phosphate on the blade? If you use the knife for chopping, splitting wood, and general camp/hiking tasks, will this coating hold up? Some pictures show the blade pretty scuffed up. Do the scuffs clean off with an oily rag or are they permanent?

Thanks.

Can't speek for the RAT-7 haven't used mine yet but I can speek for the RTAK first gen. The coating is very durable the scuffs clean rite up with an SOS pad.
Great knives

this is from splitting wood and cutting down some small trees.
