That's what I was thinking. I suspect RJ would have a bit of a problem with making it w/o the striations.

Hmmmmm..... maybe with Kershaw, but most of the RJ Martin knives I have seen (by a large margin) do NOT have grooves/striations. So, I don't really see why there should be any problem with offering a Zing (or called something else) without grooves/striations.... It would LIKELY sell better. I would think Kershaw and Martin would BOTH want improved sales. :thumbup:

True, but, the Zing and Groove both had them, and those are the ones Kershaw picked up. Maybe the next design they pick up won't have them.:thumbup:
