Has anybody else had trouble finding the Zip Zap cars at Radio Shack?? About the size of a Matchbox car, but radio controlled. I've been calling all the Radio Shack's in my area for 3 weeks now, and finally found some. A couple of guys at work have them, and for $20.00, it's a cool little toy. I have it on my Christmas list, but my wife hasn't had any luck finding any. Oh well, I might have to keep one. :)

Oh, I thought you meant R/C cars with high voltage "cattle prod" attachments. :) I was thinking about making one a few years back, to terrorize small animals.

I found them easy a few weeks ago but now they don't even have the displays up, so I assume they are having trouble getting them now, BUT I hear Wal-Mart has some that are just like the Radio Shack ones, but haven not went and looked at them yet.

I bought 8 for gifts back in October, but now I understand the Local Radio Shacks are taking number and suggesting E-bay.

I only need 6 more:(

I picked up 2 more today. My shopping is mostly done now. :) I'll check Wal-Mart, see what they have.

I stopped by RadioShack today. They didn't offer to take a number, but they did suggest Ebay. Bummer...

Zip Zaps are very hard to find at my local Radio Shacks. There are about five Radio Shacks in my area and they are usually all sold out. Your best bet is to call your radio shacks, ask when the next shipment will arrive and ask the manager to set one aside for you.
