Coke Bottle, Barlow, Deer Slayer (folding, non-lock back) Sunfish, Sodbuster, Canoe, Sowbelly Stockman, Peanut, Toothpick ... and so many more! Why oh WHY does there have to be SOOooo many slipjoints I find interesting and want to try out and add to my meager collection???

Then on top of the slipjoints, all the fixed blades ...

Just ain't fair. So many knives, so little time. Thank goodness for Rough Rider and its cousins! (and curse them for making so many old "obsolete" patterns I never saw or heard of before) At least I can afford to buy a few every payday.

I guess I are a knife nutt. :)

Yes, you are a knife nut! Welcome to the crowd. I like RRs also. Take a look at Colts; lots of nice traditionals in real stag but inexpensive. Quality is as good (maybe better) than RRs.

I know :( I bought a Colt canoe with carbon steel blades :)

This knife hobby might get more expensive than the bicycles and fishing ...

Rough riders, the gateway drug of knives :D

Hello, My name is Steve and I've a Rough Rider addiction ... I "only" have nine or ten, not counting the duplicates either because (a) I liked it so much (b) Different handle material or (c) both of the above.
I guess the formula "N+1" ("N" being the number currently owned) applies to vintage pre-1990 bicycles, vintage fishing reels, and knives.
