Zombie thread warning "spalsh screen"

I nearly found myself creating a zombie thread by searching thread content via Google.

Would the script to have a ""This thread content is older than "x" amount of time. Think twice before posting."", be too difficult to write? Could the V bulliten geeks make that happen?

Just a thought.
 
I doubt we'll ever see it. Too many variables. Some old threads aren't very long and may be worth bringing back.

If necessary, a mod can edit in a comment on post # 1 of an old thread, like

(( This is an OLD THREAD. The first new post is # 253 on page 13. ))
