ZT 0200 disassembly

I've been beating the hell out of my 0200 for about three months and thus far the only issue I've run into is the lock sticking when I try to close it. I wanted to know if anyone can tell me what size and type of wrench I need to take the nut off so I can give it a good cleaning. I'm also curious if anyone else has run into this and if so what, if anything, you did to remedy the situation, short of disassembly. Thanks, everyone!
 
3/8", SAE standard socket. Mine stuck for a little while, went away after a thorough cleaning though. :)
 
Be sure to use some good lube after the cleaning. Nano oil works wonders. Good luck.
 
Have you tried just blasting out the pivot area with a hose? Mine would do the same thing when dirty, but washing it out seemed to help.

9blades, it was actually your review of the 0200 that convinced me to get one in the first place :cool::thumbup:

Thank you for the feedback everyone! A quick clean and it opens like it just came out of the box :D

Glad to know you got it cleaned up and working right! I love the fact that ZT encourages customers to take their knives apart!

Thanks, whitty! I think it's great too, especially given that my 0200 was the first folder I've taken apart; I was incredibly impressed with how simple and sturdy the construction is, and how easy it is to maintain. Out of all the folders I've EDC'd, this one is without a doubt my favorite!
 
Simple to own and clean, love the 200.
