Just got my ZT 0200 knife and tried to change the pocket clip and hit a snag. The liner is not tapped all the way through in the position I want the clip in and ruined both the mounting screws and started to pry the liner away from the G10 handles. After backing the screws out the liner went back in place but I don't have a tap that small and no replacement screws. My ZT 0301 was perfect out of the box but I have a problem with my new knife.

I'm sure Kershaw will take good care of you, as they have of all of us :)

Wait 'till Thomas comes and sees this, or just send it in for warranty! They'll get your situation all fixed up rightaway

Give them a call. Kershaw's toll free # is 800-325-2891. Tell them the deal, and they will fix you right up!

same thing happend to me. I called dawn and she sent new scales, clip screws and liners. Had them in two days and all I did was switch the blade and clip and I was good to go:)

UPDATE! My knife just came back and I am very pleased. The turnaround time for the repair was just shy of three weeks back to my door. Kershaw/ZT stood behind the product and I will recommend them to all my law enforcement friends. Thanks again for all the advice as to what to do.... Trapfan,1*

When I was repositioning the clip on my ZT0200 #1277 from "tip-down" to "tip-up" I realized that threading was faulty. Having nearly ruined threading on a screw I without further trouble got out my threading taps&screw-thread dies set and made things right. No problems now.

Kershaw customer service is definitely some of the best. Tons of stories like this show up on the forums.

As I already wrote somewhere I encountered the same problem, but calmed down and didn't ruin a screw. Instead I adjusted threading in all eight holes and screws. Now its OK.

И это правильно ;)

Yeah, Kershaw spoils us , almost makes you all believe everybody else out there is just as dependable. And then... reality bites:jerkit:
