Hey fellas, I just got a ZT 0200, like the knife but the pocket clip was set up wrong for me. I removed one screw with the proper size allen but the other one acts like it is a larger size. I think it has been rounded out during installation. Would anyone have a suggestion on what to do next?

Thanks

Is it stripped completely? If you can't get it out you can either slot the head with a dremel and use a flat head to remove it after slotting, or you can boil water, dip the handle in for a few minutes to loosen the loctite, and try again with the flex. Stripped screws suck.

Before I unscrew either clip or scale screws, I warm up them up in a cup of boiling water from the microwave. The Loctite used on the screws softens up enough to remove them without stripping.

If you've gotten one of the screws out on the clip, try to rotate the clip and remaining screw at the same time to get it out. If one or both of the clip screws are stripped out, you can get new ones from ZT/Kershaw. It takes a week or two though.

Go to their contact page and under the "Warranty Service" pull-down fill in the info for your knife.

FYI, you mentioned "the right sized allen" driver.

Those are not Allen screws! They are TORX, size T-6 if I recall correctly.

Just in case that wasn't a typo...

Good catch. I missed that. You're right, they're T-6 Torx screws.
