Does anyone know of a replacement pivot pin/screw combo that will eliminate the 3/8" nut in favor of maybe a torx head screw that will slim down and streamline the profile of the handle? Any help of suggestions would be much appreciated, Did i mention for a ZT0200? Thanks

honestly I dont think your going to have much luck. The reason being is that kershaw uses a hex bolt to prevent rotation. I dont know of any currently made kershaw knife that has a standard pivot that would be a direct swap. And I dont know of any aftermarket pivot that uses a hex bolt. My honest answer would be to try and find a way to love the pivot that came on the knife. Its a very very strong pivot. And for the amount of work it would take to swap it out if its that much of an issue for you maybe a 0350 or a 0560 is more up your ally.
