Hey all, I need some help with choosing between these two. I've been using a Spyderco PM2 lately so I want something bigger if I ever need it, or just flat out want to carry bigger certain days. Based on personal opinions is the 0200 or 0300 a "better" knife? Thanks for the help gents

depends what you want. They are both tanks...

the 0200 has 154cm steel with a large recurve blade. Manual flipper liner lock
the 300 series are titanium framelocks, with 3d milling in the g10 and titanium. It also has s30v steel and assisted opening, so you're gonna pay a bit more pecause of the high end material ans milling.

I personally started with the 0300 and am pleased as hell, for the last 8 months or so I've been carrying nothing but "big blades" 3.5-4 inches whenever possible:D
I do plan on eventually getting an 0200 also...

300 has better steel and is Speedsafe assisted. Also, 300 is a titanium framelock and the 200 is unassisted and a linerlock. 300 is more pricey. Both are nice knives and will not disappoint. All depends on what you ae looking for and what you want to spend.

I like the 0300 better. The two are comparable in overall size. The 0200 is a bit longer and thicker, but the 0300 is wider. Personally, I think the 0300 feels more comfortable in hand and in pocket.

The only differences between the 0300 and 0301 are the handle color (black vs. OD green) and blade coating (black DLC vs. tiger stripe DLC).

The 03xx series is on another level. The 0301 was my first ZT, and got me started down the path. It is still one of my favorites.

I like my 0301 very slightly more than my 0200, but both are fantastic, especially after a little customizing :D

I carry both my PM2 and 0303 everyday. I love them both so much I can't leave one at home. I like reaching my hand in my pocket and touching the stout ZT. My PM2 I usually tuck iwb as a back up hidden knife since its so thin.

I'm gonna go against the grain here and say I liked my 0200 better than my 0300. Both were great knives and built like tanks but I just liked the 0200 better.
I did reviews on both: 0200 HERE and 0301 HERE (same as the 0300 with diff handle color)

Most people complain that the 300 series is too large for edc but I have been carrying mine for quite some time and I really don't notice it anymore. Now as far as a 300 or a 200 I do like the 300 more just because of the ergos and the better steel
