Hey guys, I would like to hear from guys that own these. How do they carry? I bought a 0550, and am thinking about one of these too. I use my knives pretty hard on duty, and off as well.

Are they a pretty robust design, like all the other ZT's are? How does it rank against the 0550 in the strength and durabilty? Are they as smooth as the 0550? Thanks in advance.

Pretty good if you ask me.

It's a beast of a knife but it fits well in the hand. It's a lot thicker than the 0550 because of the 3D G10 on both sides so it doesnt carry as easy in smaller pockets. It is built like a tank, more so than the 0550 so don't worry about heavy use. It is a flipper so it deploys very easily with or without using the thumbstuds. 154CM isn't quite as good at holding its edge as S35VN but sharpens easily to a very keen edge. You won't be disappointed with the purchase.

This sums it up nicely. I wrote a review as well: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1079332-My-long-term-review-of-the-Zero-Tolorence-0200

Its a monster of a knife.....i have a 0550 and 0200 and would say the 0200 is made for more heavy use than the 0550. its harder to carry than the 0550 because its longer and alot thicker scales but mine opens just as smooth. i believe u will love it

Out of my 5 ZTs, one of which is a 550, I carry my 200 the most. It is a larger knife, but does not carry like one. Actually carried it tonight in the back pocket of my cargo shorts and forgot it was there. I can't imagine a task that I needed done that it could not do.

sorry, but you know you speledl (;)) tolerance wrong, right?

id say pull the trigger, thats going to be my next buy, and it seems to be all i want in a knife, plus some

I'd just spent two hours writing a review, formatting, taking/uploading pictures, editing, ect. For an extremly ungrateful friend. So excuse my $@&!? Typo.

Very nice review Niner! Thank you for the hard work.

On the nut on the pivot, I thought I read somewhere that it really isn't one. In other words, it is dummied up, not a real bolt/nut. True? Not that it matters, just curious.

The 0200 is a beast of a knife. Large, and very solidly built. It is substantially larger than the 0550. It is comfortable to handle, but it's a bit bulky and awkward for pocket carry (at least for me).

Here are some side-by-sides of a 0200 and 0550 I took a while back...

Flarp, thank you for the pics. That is much appreciated! That really puts things into perspective. That thing is a beast, no doubt. Now I know I am ordering one tomorrow for sure, from Dave. He has a hella good sale on em right now.

Thank you to all the other guys that have added to this thread as well. It really makes it nice when you can draw on so much experience, and make good decisions.

I just picked up a 0200KW from Dave. It's a really quality piece, i'm very happy with it.

A bit large for pocket carry when clipped tip down, but it fits a lot smoother tip up.
