Hi there,
does anyone have any experience with this knife, in my other thread, heavy duty knives for edc, i was looking at a 0350 but now i am leaning towards the bigger blade of the 0200

The 0200 is bigger and heavier by quite a bit. That said, I find it carries well in my back pocket. Not a slicer like a Spyderco Chaparral, but it gets the job done.

The 0200 feels much better in hand. Great ergonomics! Keep in mind the 0350 is assisted, the 0200 is not. I like the 0350 also, but its not in the same league as the 0200 in my opinion.

I own one. I would call it a large, heavy duty, unassisted flipper. I've been carrying it daily and love it, but for many it would be too large for edc. Very comfortable in the hand and opens very fast and smooth with flipper or thumb stud. If there's a downside to the 200 it's the size. When I carry it in my front right pocket nothing else goes in that pocket.

Great knife with great steel. Many report they would have guessed it was on bearings. I try to stay away from recurves on daily carry knives but that is a personal choice. Very little not to like on the 0200.

I own a 350, but not a 200. I rarely carry the 350, as its a little bulky for my pocket. I've wanted a 200 for a while now, but it seems that everytime I get ready to pull the trigger, another blade that I assume I want more takes priority. The funny thing is, I usually end up putting these "priority" blades in a drawer and do not really carry them. Thanks for the post. Just what I needed to quit the darn procrastination.

I've been carrying the 0200 daily for about two years. The textured G10 is very rough - like eat your pockets rough - so I ground them smooth very early on. I like it enough that, when it was discontinued, I bought a second (so I'd have a backup).
I didn't want the black blade, though - my first was an 0200kw, the second an 0200sw.

If your thinking about it, don't put it off too long....no telling how long the supply will last.

If/when these are discontinued they will become a precious example of ZT's awesome pre-bearings era. The 0200 is large and smooth. Very, very smooth. Deployment from studs or flipper is equally effortless.

I'm shocked by how few modified 0200s I see. It's just begging for new g10 and a better pocket clip. I made a ti clip for mine.

Hell of a big, smooth knife. Love mine.

Ive only had a 0200 recently and its a great thumb flipper as well. Very smooth. The 154cm is easy to get pretty sharp as well.

I had the fantastic experience of owning one that was waved by charlie mike here on the forums, it was great. Smooth as butter, locked up without any wiggle (Even batoned with it a few times making kindling), takes a really toothy edge, and flips better than 95% of flippers I've had. Yes it's big and heavy, but it will never fail you and it's ground to a nice thin edge and will glide through tough material

While they did mark them as discontinued, so far, they are still not hard to find (probably had a good amount remaining in inventory)

The flipper/detent on mine don't seem to work that well. I need a good amount of wrist in order to get it fully open.

That said, I'm not expecting perfection at its price point.

A good cleaning and a bit of lube may do wonders. Did you adjust the pivot?
It isn't going to flip like a KVT; but (when properly maintained) mine doesn't require any wrist action to open. The detent is fairly light; so there's no building pressure that leads to a quick flip.
