I saw a dealer on eBay that had 4 for sale. I want one but this is the dealer that was selling 0888 pre orders for $895. Thomas PM'ed me on another forum to find out who it was because he didn't seem to like that.
 
I've dealt with this dealer. Seems like a nice guy despite the 888 price. This a decent price for the 300BW...right around the MAP.
 
The title description is for a BW but on down where it gives specs there is another model #. It's definitely not for a BW.

I know who your referring to. I wont support any dealer who is going to price gouge the customer like that. I have absolutely no problem if a dealer wants to charge full MSRP for a knife. But when a dealers sticks it to the customers and actually charges more than what a manufacturer says the knife is worth simply because they can, thats just low. There was a lottery to make it fair given the very limited amount of knives being produced. Apparently that dealer thought he was supposed to actually win the lottery and is gonna get that money one way or another.
 
That dealer has the 0300BW information on his FB page as well which he posted last night.

He was also one of the first with information on the 0777M390 on July 2nd.
 
I've bought from him before, only because I was able to get low single digit matching numbers on a pair of 0350's. No doubt I paid a premium for them though.
 
The description changed since it was first posted. There was a different model(not BW) in the tech specs when it was first listed, now it has tiger stipe as a spec. Kinda like the guy that had 566 and 770 listed.

I was thinking the same thing. Spilling the beans on models wanting to be kept under wraps, selling products that havent been released, and price gouging customers on models not released and awarded to lottery winners just seems like some BS KAI doesnt need.
 
Quite a few sellers on the bay saying they have them. One is either really good with Photoshop or it's not a stock photo. Take your chances if you want, but if KAI says they aren't out then they aren't out.
