What's different about the ZT 0303 than the other two (0301 and 0302) besides the handle colors?

Handle color & blade coating is the difference. Well, that and availability. IIRC the 0302 is out of production.

There's also the 300 which has black blade and black g10.

Yes, a couple of online retailers now have 301 combo edges in stock now which leads me to believe/hope that the PE's are not far behind.
