I just got my new Zero Tolerance 0301 from Jeff Gaastra and folks at www.knifedealsplus.com

MSRP is $295.00 these guys are selling them for 235.95. Great price!

Not to mention the shipping was free and it was shipped from CA to North Carolina in two business days. I am really pleased with the price and even more with the quick response and delievery.

By the way the knife is awesome too, but I am sure ya'll knew that....

I also rcv'd a ZT (0302)....Awesome, awesome knife. I may even like it a little more than my G-10 Offset??!! :o

Quick question for ZT 0301\0302 owners out there....How far does your frame lock engage on the blade when opened and locked? Mine engages at about 1/4 and was wondering if that was the design? Don't get me wrong it feels like a rock at a 1/4....but, thought maybe it should be closer to half??

This ZT is absolutely the most solid folder I've owned...hands down! :thumbup: :thumbup:
 
You want it in the first 1/4 of the blade licking surface. This may shift deeper with heavy use but for a new knife thats what you expect.
 
That seems like a pretty darn good deal there "dmupton". My only comment is that, since you are in NC, if you're anywhere near Raleigh then I can assure you Davi's will beat virtually any mail order deal you can find. Next time you plan on being in town, email me if you want to pay them a visit.
 
Thanks robertmegar! It's definitely engaging on the first 1/4 of the locking part of the blade, so it seems it's right where it needs to\should be!! :thumbup:

wow, that brings back memories. i used to live in Raleigh and shopped at Davi's about 20 yrs ago when it was just a small shop in a strip mall and did lots of NFA stuff.
