Double Reptilian....what does it mean?!?!?
I was playing with this concept for a while, but nobody would let me go crazy on an untested idea....so I decided to experiment on my own ZT. Guess Im the lucky one who gets to edc this bad boy
In a tribute to one of my favorite designs and my favorite knives,I basically blended the double diamond pattern with the reptilian pattern to make what you see here...the "double reptilian". Add to that a bolster made of unidirectional carbon fiber...all this with a layered liner make a really beautiful scale. Speedsafe is fully functional.
Close up of the G10, hand sculpted...it almost looks 3d machined.
The multiple layers of grooves give it a nice rounded contour, similar to factory...and I added in a thin black g10 liner to really set it off.
I love it when an idea comes together:thumbup:
