ZT 0303 availability?

Anyone have an idea on when the ZT 0303's will be back in stock at dealers? Are they even going to be made any more? Are they super rare or something?

I've been waiting and waiting and it seems like they'll never get made again. I even lost out on a few being sold on the for sale section. My wife even has a ZT before me (0350, not 0300 series) !! :)

Back when I was looking around I found the 0300, then the 0301, but now I really want the 0303... black G-10 with tiger stripes... yummo.

Sorry... I'm just being impatient :)

They have been discontinued as far as i know. I don't think ZT would be "re-making" them either. I don't remember Kershaw/ZT ever d'continuing a knife and then start making them again. Of course, Thomas is really the only person who could verify that.
 
I hope they didn't discontinue the 0303's. I know they canceled the tan one, the 0302. Fingers crossed they'll show up again.
 
If that is the case, and you like the black scale, you can see if there's someone willing to swap one from a 0300, or dye/duracoat the scale on a 0301.
 
prng,check with kershawguy here on the forum.That's where I got my 0303 from and you'll not find a better price that his.
 
Yep, I contacted him awhile ago and I think I'm on a waiting list. I've just been waiting since April/Mayish time. Just wondering when they'll come back (if at all)...

Where'd you get that info? So far, IIRC only the 0302 has been D/C.
 
Does anyone have a catalog handy? I thought the 0302 & 0303 were not in the 2011 ZT catalog... On a side note, I've had a WTB on this forum and another one for some time (for a 0302 & 0303). I'm still looking too.

The 0303 has never been in the catalog, it is an exclusive for a large distributor and is not discontinued, just falls into the hurry up and wait category, I currently have waiting lists for it as well as all regular production ZT line.

definitely a score...i'm glad i'm wrong haha. If I wasn't already waiting for the Tilt and 0561, i'd probably pick one up.
