ZT 0350 carry in Kentucky?

I've just recently moved to Kentucky and cannot figure out the vague knife laws for the state. I've always had a concealed weapons permit for each state I've lived, but in KY, you have to start from scratch with the class and paperwork. I was informed it will be a few months to get the license, so in the meantime, is it legal to carry a folder with a blade over 3" in the state of Kentucky (I was planning on carrying a ZT 0350).

Unless you are in downtown Louisville or Lexington and acting like a prick you are probably safe. I've carried 4"+ folders around Police and have never gotten a second look. Banks, Courthouses and schools might be a different story.
