ZT 0350 Frame Lock Conversion

Hey everyone. I just recently purchased a ZT 0350 and was thinking itd be cool to do a frame lock conversion to make it like one of the hinderer designed ZT's. Is this even possible? Does anyone know of anyone who coud do this type of work? I dont know if it would be pointless or not but my liner is at about 75% already and dont want it to bottom out and have up and down blade play. Plus itd just be cool to have it done in my opinion. Any reccomendations? Or opinions? Thanks bladeforums.com members! I appreciate it! :-)
 
It can be done for sure, it wouldnt honestly be any more difficult in terms of actual process to do then any other frame lock. he problem is making a frame lock from what i understand is not the easiest thing in the world. You should start but either talking to custom knife makers or pimpers on these forums and if you dont know anyone try emailing tuffthumbz from youtube and see what he has to say about it. It could be done, idk if it would be very cost effective but it would definitely be one of a kind, especially if you got like a anodized titanium frame lock.
 
Thanks, i emailed TuffThumbz i havent got a reply yet. I might just have to get the ZT 0566 when it comes out instead of going threw all the work of converting it to the frame lock... :-)
