Just have a question are all ZT-0350 blades marked S30V or is it a case some are and some are not

They have been made in different steels. I have at least two that different. One being M390,a Knifeworks exclusive.

There are a few different limited runs with different steel, the standard is s30v.

Not always. If you break a blade and get a replacment from zt they some times come sterile.
