Ok, several questions. What are the sizes and what type of screws hold the knife together, the clip on, and on the pivot screw? Also, i am considering striping the finish off of the screws and clip to match the blade. how would i go about doing that?

Everything is T-6 except for the pivot screw, which is T-8. They all have some sort of black-oxide finish. Lightly sanding with high-grit automotive sandpaper would remove the finish I believe, but maybe others put the screws in some sort of stripper such as paint thinner.

the screws for the clip and handle are 2-56, i'll have to check the pivot. there are little captive nuts that the handle screws screw into that you can tap out of the scale.

you can beadblast all the hardware/clip, or strip them all with sandpaper.
