well ill try to make this short. A little over a month ago i ordered a scavenger and it was taking quite awhile to get here so the store owner sent me another knife in fear the original got lost. Well yesterday the thing shows up and it ends up being quite possibly the rarest 0400 out there. This knife has no markings on the blade whatsoever. I called kershaw and had a lengthy conversation about the knife and they say it is legit but cant figure out for the life of them how it happened or got out of the factory. Its not a second it just is missing any of the silver writing i have on my other knife. Anyone ever see this happen before? i think its pretty cool, kershaw even called me pretty lucky to get it as they think its probably the only one. Thoughts?

Hey Purple...

Yaa I had this happen twice to me...
One never got fixed because I threw the box out without checking it carefully..

The other one I sent back and was repaired by the factory because I noticed the markings were missing before I threw the box out...

Did you check the box carefully ??

Maybe the markings fell off and are in the bottom of the box somewhere... ??

Yep, I've had a Lil' Temp like that, the sterile ones get out occasionally. Unfortunately, they don't really add to the value at all.

yeah i figured a knife with no proof of manufacture wouldnt really get much value but its pretty interesting nontheless.
