Hi, since this is a rather common knife and I don't really know what to look for as I don't have much of an experience with the brand I would like to ask for opinions since I've found a pretty good deal on one.

This is a good knife. I have had this one, the ZT0450 original version, since it came out years ago. And the black blade with carbon fiber model.
Also have the carbon fiber version with ZDP-189.
The one you've pictured is a great knife to carry since it is not too big and has a deep carry clip on it. I have taken apart and reassembled, mostly to install
different colored standoffs. I have not experienced any quality issues with this model.

The clip is not original and the knife has been used/carried but otherwise it looks legit.

Look up the retail price and adjust the price accordingly before offering to buy it.

You can not ask for or be given an estimated value here on BF unless you're a Gold Member or above.

You can get a new/original clip for free from ZT.
 
Looks legit to me. I use to have the same one. Like the guy above me said the clip is not original but the one that’s on it is better imo. It’s a great knife you’ll enjoy it.
