ZT-0550/0560 owners. How do they perform on skinning.

Just curious to see who has used theirs for skinning hogs, deer etc. Did the Elmax out perform the S30 or vice versa?

I haven't used the elmax yet for skinning. Deer season is around the corner though! I usually just use my dedicated hunting knives though. Kershaw antelope hunter and buck 112. I would love to hear what anyone who has used them for hunting use has to say too.

Since most members report that Elmax out performs S30V, seems it would do so skinning as well.

I recall mley1 has processed a lot of hogs, maybe he used his 0560 while he had it.
