ZT 0551 Oxidization

Hey Guys,

I've got a 0551 that's starting to show a little oxidization inside one of the scales (g-10 side). This knife has been a safe queen so it seems odd to me. I've heard that this was semi-common among early batches of this model. Anyone ever had this same thing happen and is it a manufacturer defect covered by the ZT warranty?

the first run of 0551's didnt have the liner finished properly which led to them having corrosion issues. you can send it back and they will refinish the liner through the warranty.
