Hi. What are the main differences between these knives?

Also, are either of them offered in a combo edge?

No combo edges offered on either. As far as differences, the 0560 has the following:

3.75" blade vs 3.5" for the 0551
Elmax steel vs S35VN
Slightly more belly than the 0551 due to the blade shape
0560 is a flipper where the 0551 is not
Different texturing on the G10

Other than size not a lot of differences. The 560 carries a bit better for me, its narrower closed than the 550/551.

Also bearing pivot in the 0560 vs PB washers in the 551. Both are great. I don't have a 551 but I do have the 550 with S35VN. If I could only own one it would be the 0560.

I own both and can tell you that both are very different knives. Size, heft, the feel. That said, both are fantastic knives and are a joy to own.

Tried to buy a 0560 twice. Left with a 0566 and then a 0550, instead. The 0560 adds a bunch of unnecessary extra length to the grip. While a lot of people describe the more contoured handle of the 0560 as a good thing, I vastly prefer a more hand-filling grip for an extended use blade.

I really don't like the 0560 in hand as much as I like looking at it. The 0550 is the polar opposite. Ugly G-10 pattern, amazing in use.
