Zt 0560/1 choice

Hello all,

I recently bought a 0200, but have always wanted a 0560/1. Well Dave has a price that I simply am having a hard time ignoring. If I were to buy it I am having a hard time deciding which one to get. I understand that the only difference is the color of the g 10. Any input from you guys would be appreciated. Does anyone have any regrets choosing one over the other?

I don't generally like plain black scales, so I got the 0561. Then I got a Rival scale for it, so in the end, it didn't even matter.
 
I would say the 0560. I have 2 of em. one of which just sits around waiting for the other one to get dull or me to need money haha. anywho. I prefer the black as it doesnt show dirt(imo) as well as the 0561. and to be honest I have no idea why ZT even made a seperate run. could have just made a ton of custom scales....but noooooo.

I guess I just had to justify buying 2 of them. either way it makes no difference which you choose. just personal preference.
 
I like the tan 0561 myself, although I have both. EVERYTHING is black; I like the difference of the tan scale.
 
I have the 561. The majority of my knives are black so I mainly got it for variety but I have since gotten another knife in the same color. It's almost a wood/black walnut color after some usage. I like it.
 
same here, got the tan scales since most of mine are black. then ordered some custom scales (orange and black) from rival.
 
To me the 0561 I had always looked Cleaner, shinier then the 0560s I've had...not that it has to do anything with the way the knife performed but it just looked nicer
 
I purchased a 560 for one of my sons. I was not familiar with ZT's but thought it was a lot of knife for the money!
Now I am presently looking for a 551 for another son.

I got you on the 0551..know where some new ones are..
