Ok, so I got a 560 6 days ago, locked up perfect no play, then after three days I could get the lockbar to slide back and forth with pressure on the blade. I made sure all the screws were tight and tightened the pivot to see if that would help, and so far it has helped a little but i can still get the lockbar to move if i use enough pressure. I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem, I wasnt sure if this is just because it hasnt really been broken in yet or what.. Thanks in advance.

What exactly do you mean you can get the lockbar to move? Also, what do you mean if you use enough pressure? Are you muscling the blade to the point where the lock flexes? You're not going to get the kind of stiff-solid lockup like you would on a 0300, but that being said I'm not sure what exactly the issue is, if indeed there is one....

If you hold to hande in one hand and the blade in the other and apply pressure, the lockbar slides and almost disengages, when i stop applying pressure it clicks back to where it started. Also, this is my first experience with a Ti framelock, so if i am expecting too much from it, just say so.

That is not right and honestly sounds dangerous. You should probably call customer service.

Thanks for the help, if this problem continues i will be sending it in for repair

I would send that knife in, you could end up with some nasty cuts if that lock fails and the knife closes on your hand , the flipper on the 560 is gonna act like a choil and should protect your hand in case of a lock failure but regardless It's not normal jimmer_5 works for zt If he says send it in send it in

I received my 0560 a few days ago from New Graham Knives so I think it is real. However, I noticed that my knife has the following deviations from the ones I have seen in pics and reviews: 1) the pivot screw head is round and not hex. 2) the back end of the lockbar does not have the relief hole drilled into it. I am concerned that it will develop a crack in the titanium scale over time. The s/n of the knife is 2529. Are these design changes or does my knife have manufacturing defects?

Thanks,
Joe
