I recently bought a Zero Tolerance 0560
Which I like alot and think is a great knife
However I dont care for the factory round
head screws it has..I would like to switch
The screws to flat heads..doea anyone know
Exactly what size screw and how long they are?
Has anyone done this before? Any info would help
Thanks.

On initial responses, they can have a significant delay. I imagine they receive quite a few inquires. My recent contact with them took about 7-10 days to receive an initial response, but following that, they were all within a day for my questions within the conversation. I really like your idea for the screw conversion - more of a Spyderco-esque aesthetic. I hope you find the information for which you are looking!

I believe they are #6-32 and around 3/16" long. I replaced mine with the hinderer anodized TI blue and then bought the female chain ring bolt to match.

Unfortunately mine is packed in a box as i'm moving on the 13th of April, but i will get pics when I find it.

So the hinderer scale screws they aell on monkey
Edge will work? You relpaced you pivot screw
With the hinderer xm pivot screw.. Any mods
To do that or does it drop right in? Any more
Info would help thanks.

What's wrong with taking the screws out and measuring them? ZT uses some custom length screws, you're probably not going to be able to order the exact same length screw, but you might be able to find something close in a standard size. The threads should be 2-56, 4-40 or 6-32.
