My knife collection is still pretty new. I purchased about a year ago a ZT 0561. To start with the liner lock was pretty stiff which has improved. However, now the blade seems to have a tiny bit of play when fully extended and locked. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
Thanks

Is the pivot properly tightened?
Was your knife disassembled at some point? (I don't think I've experienced blade play on a ZT that hasn't been disassembled)

Make sure not only the pivot but the body screws also are tightened down.

The knife was purchased new. The screws seem to be Locktite in place

I never disassembled my 0560; but I have taken apart a few other models...and don't recall any ZTs with loctite.
The other thing that caught my eye was your mention of the liner lock. Hopefully, that was just poor wording; because the 0561 isn't a liner lock. (Only bringing this up because, if yours is, it's a fake)

Is the blade play side to side, or up and down?

Sorry, poor wording. The blade has slight play up and down
