ZT 0561 weak detent?

From most of the videos and reviews I have seen on the 0561 they have a very strong detent. I have had my ZT 0561 for a day now and I can shake the blade out of the handle with a bit of force. I purchased it from newgraham.com. The knife still deploys fine, but not as easily or as fast as the knives with strong detent. Should I send it back to newgraham or is this a ZT warranty issue? Out of all the great reviews I've seen of these knives I am surprised at this flaw in mine. :grumpy:
 
I had a similar problem, although it was with the Echelon. I say return it, you will lose a few bucks in the bargain....but believe me, when you buy a 0561 you deserve to have a brand new flawless piece.
 
I agree red, for the price it should be flawless (although the knife is an awesome value). I am sending it back to Newgraham and their customer service is amazing.

"No problem. Just send it back with a note or this email and ask us to check over the replacement ZT before we send it out. These did come direct from ZT so we will just sent it back to them. Unfortunately with production knives you will see some that slip through the cracks. We usually do not handle warranty issues but we do understand it does take longer sometimes going straight through any manufactory so we do not mind to exchange and send it back.
