Has anyone heard of a possible ship date? I don't think I like the pre order wait game , of course impatience will allow me to spend money on another blade

The wait game is the only game in town, buddy. Sorry about that, but KAI took a lot of heat a while back and stopped releasing that kind of info. Just stay active around here; I'm sure people on here will be the first to know when it ships.

Yeah, I e-mailed ZT and they said that they are know making them, getting ready to ship at later this summer, so I think it is around August.

I wouldn't put to much stock in KAI's release dates. The only one I would rely on is when a knife retailer lists it as In Stock.

Guess I'll practice sharpening...probably will have blade wore out by delivery :O
