ZT 0562CF or Z0462 ?

Difficult to recommend without knowing at little more about your needs, intended uses and what you already have. It's like asking what Nike shoes should I buy?
 
Both are good flippers, do you want a shorter wide blade or a longer slim blade ?

I guess i'm looking more to the long slim in the pocket and light weight. If the Spyderco Military had the compression lock,that would be the knife to have. But I'm leaning towards the 0462.It's just that the flipper tab looks kinda small,where as the 0562 looks like it has a nice big flipper tab.
 
I have the ZT0462, I can tell you that the flipper tab is by no means small. For me it fits my finger perfectly.
I just looked at the online pictures and I guess the flipper tab does appear a bit small when the blade is open, but that is because the knife is big, so it maybe is perceived as being a smaller flipper tab.

I love the aesthetics of the 0462, and if I were you I would get that, but maybe I'm biased because I'm into the slimmer profile knives
 
562cf. It's got amazing ergos, is a tank, but also cuts well with the edge thinned out (too chunky from the factory).

462 is slimmer and lighter, but I prefer the point of the blade to be below the top of the handle so it's easier to use the point. 462 has that Persian upswept blade which is cool, but imo less functional for me. Ymmv!

Both are excellent, so either is a good choice!
 
When in doubt, I generally prefer the bigger knife (me gots a big paw).

But, I'd probably go 562 in this case. The 562 is more a traditional looking knife (which I like). I'm not a fan of the Persian style blade like the 462. The handle shape of the 562 is more to my liking then the curve of the 462. Weight is a non factor for me here. Blade shape, 462 might be more "slicey" but the 562 would be more stout being taller. Blade shape and weight aren't a big concern for me here.

Both have great materials from a great company. You picked 2 great knives, you really can't lose imo.
 
I love my 0562ti and think it would be a great choice. One of my most favorite knives to date in all areas and that speaks volumes.
 
This is purely subjective but I do not like the excessive curve on the handle of ZT 0462; the up sweeping blade profile does not appear to be very useful on a folding knife either. To me ZT 0452 is better than 0462. But between 0562 and 0462, I'd definitely pick 0562.
