I'm going to start at the end of my initial assessment and tell you now, buy this knife.
Is this a ZT 0560? No, and it's not trying to be. It shares similar lines and blade steel. After that, it's really it's own thing. And that's a good thing.
The 0566 is a tank. A miniature tank, but a tank nonetheless. It comes assisted (which is unnecessary) and is extremely easy to deassist. One torx bit does the whole job (T-8) and will literally take you less than 5 minutes. And that's if you drop a screw.
Opening with the flipper or thumbstud is very easy, but requires a little bit of technique. The learning curve is about 2 tries. The ergos are fantastic and it fits my medium sized hands like a glove. The fit and finish are top notch and I'd expect nothing less from ZT. I could go over the specs, but we all know them by heart now.
This knife is not light, but that's not to say it is overly heavy. If you like "knowing your knife is there" but don't like having a boat anchor in your pocket, I think this knife toes the company line fairly well. Add that to the fact it buries deep in your pocket and it really is a winner. The stainless steel frame lock also makes removal easy on the pants (unless you're a lefty. Knife companies still hate you).
I picked this up brand new for $115 bucks. It's worth every penny.
