I tinkered with my Zt 0566 a while ago and never got around to posting about it.
First I removed the spring assist. The detent was pretty weak so it didn’t flip that well. The thumstuds/ bladestops open the the knife quite well. A flick or slow opening. So I removed the flipper tab.
The knife still needed more smoothness in the pivot action. I installed super thin perforated fb washers against the blade along with the factory washers against the scales, using grease as lube. Very smooth action, almost ball bearing like feel.
I never liked the pocket clip logo, but deep carries well. I sanded the finish off and heat colored it. Then did the same to the over travel disc.
