I am not positive that there is any info on how many were made that was previously stated in this forum. Asking these type of questions is a no no, so I would refrain in the future, and close the thread in the present. Please see below:

Due to, albeit the minority voices on this forum; ETA’s, Production Numbers, and First Looks are now not for published consumption.
If you want to ask about these subjects, please don’t. They will be met with most likely, replies that take up peoples valuable time, and ultimately not get you the answers you want.
In the meantime, please do not ask about production #’s, ETA’s, and don’t anticipate First Look threads. Anyone that can’t follow along, will be asked to not participate in the forum.

Any further questions, please read the stickies at the top of this forum. Sorry CL, not trying to be a douche canoe but this is the way the vocal minority has made it. :o

*****First Looks, ETA’s, Production Numbers

We really like to produce knives, it’s what we do. We love sharing with you, our fans. We’ve looked at BF’s as a place to share in the past.

The First Look threads were fun for us. There were work-in-progress images, a virtual walk through from thought to finished product. It was an opportunity for Kai to share upcoming new models with sneak peeks.

Sharing final production numbers were also fun for us. We've been very open with this valued info in the past. We realize that many of our boutique runs are collectable. A special part of seeking and owning a limited edition is knowing how many of a particular model were built. We have shared many production numbers in the past. The search function will assist in finding past final production numbers. If you can't search, step up and buy a membership if the info is that important. Don't make others do your work for you. Sticky’s on both the Blurs and Leeks can be found here:

This is from the FAQ also. It would seem the no-no regarding production numbers applies to upcoming models or LE stuff still in the works.

I'm not so sure these numbers are secret, but it does mention searching before asking. If you cannot find anything, get back to us. Good luck, the ZT autos were something special.

Pls. accept my apologies. I'm a big fan of both Kershaw & ZT & have numerous knives made by both. I bought the 0610 & 0650 2 or 3 yrs. ago, consider them one of my smartest purchases & treasure them. I was just curious. Advice taken & appreciated. Thank you Sirs!

You know, it may indeed be the case that production numbers of upcoming releases are no longer shared. For models that have long since gone, I believe it's fine.

That being said, I have no idea how many they actually produced. Technically they were regular production, but only made for a short time. Then given the limited distribution of them as automatics, probably a low number. That's just my guess, since they're still a bit hard to come across.

I wonder, how long were they actually in production?
