Discounted and heavily discounted. I ordered one for a great price. What do you guys think about the ZT Emerson. My daily EDC is a Rockstead Chi so I am down with the tanto style. Got this for more a around the house beater, field knife.

You’re going to love it. Imho one of the best ZTs ever made. I love how it is on PB washers rather than bearings.

My only complaint is the stainless steel liner under the g10 scale. I wish they could have either used titanium or better yet no liner on that side. However this is par for the course. Most their framelocks that have a composite scale on the presentation side have a stainless steel liner under that scale.

Idk if you have used an Emerson or waved knife before but you may find yourself waving the knife accidentally when you don’t mean to. Just put your finger over the spine of the closed knife as you draw it and that will prevent any accidental wavings.

Good knives. Should work well for that. My only complaint is the lockbar cutout/pocket clip orientation. Mine had a tendency to hang up on the pocket seam when pulling from the pocket. Not conducive to wave opening. There are aftermarket clips that would remedy this, I think. Haven't tried it though.
Any framelock wave opening knife should have an inside cutout, IMO.

Got one too a steal at the price. Love it feels like a you’re holding a real beast ;). I find I only like holding it in a saber grip the g10 is nicely done some grippy stuff. Mine came VERY sharp. Smooth action. Elmax is an exceptional steel love it. Emerson designed framelock with ZT quality very good buy

My buddy just picked one up for $135 if I remember. He loves it! Loves the wave feature. Me, not so much.

I love my 0620. At under $150 on sale, it is a steal IMO.

The tanto blade isn’t my favourite, but I grab it more often than most of my other knives. The Elmax is fantastic and I love the look and feel of the knife. Great hard use knife that is every bit as solid as a Gayle Bradley or Cold Steel Recon 1 IME.

The blade coating isn’t the best, but I don’t care as I use the hell out of it.

I like it a lot but wish it didn't have the wave. The 0630 would be perfect without it.

Got one for christmas last year and it’s my go-to self defense folder for urban areas. Lighter than i figured it would be and its taken some roughing up. Had problems with a weak detent and cut myself when it came open in pocket. Sent to ZT and came back right(er) but i figured it’s for waving not action fondling.
