ZT 0700 Thumb Studs

That ZT 0700 Tanto looks absolutely beautiful. It could very well be my next ZT purchase.

Are those black thumb studs metal or plastic ?

That's what I would think too. But they are black instead of gray to match the blade so I was just double checking.

Just coated, definetly metal. They are the good thumbstuds that are on the Blur and Zing also.

Okay good. Have you seen/used the 0700 ? I love the tanto blade. I want this knife. Just wanted to be sure that the thumb studs were metal.

I haven't had a tanto blade in a long time. And this 0700 scratches me right where I itch.

But the Spyderco Yojimbo 2 is also calling my name. Although it's not officially a tanto blade (I don't think). I like it either way.
