I have the blade open took out all the black screws but the pivot wont unscrew. The other side keeps spinning as I unscrew the other even when I put pressure on the other side it still just spins. Even from the amount of pressure I put I am internally bleeding on a spot on my thumb. Any help?

You need two of the t8 (think that's the size) bits then. Or try and get one close to the right size just to prevent turning but be careful you don't strip the screw.

I have a t9 which fits perfectly and a t8 thats a little small if i use both i feel like the t8 size is gunna messe up the pivot. I tried using tape for a little more grip still just spins my thumb is so sticky right now and still doesn't help. =( just wanna de assist it already

I've had some Kershaws do that, the Leek for one. I found opening the blade and putting a little side pressure on the blade keeps the pivot from spinning.

An old tip someone who turns way more wrenches than I do: use the t8 but put a piece of newspaper or magazine over the screw before you push the bit in. The paper sort of fills the gaps for a tight fit. If that doesn't work get another t9.
