And after that use some GOOD torx tools like from Wiha. In olden days I used cheapo torx wrenches that stripped even the best screws half the time. Since I bought Wiha haven't had a single problem.
If you have a soldering iron, that also works well for loosening the threadlocker. Just touch it to the screw for a few seconds, and then use a good Torx driver to try turning the screw.
