ZT 0888 Question

Im looking into getting an 0888 and know their are are few different models. So question is what are the different models and which ones are the most limited? Also would you rather buy an 0888 or would you spend the money on 0560CBCF and a 0801CF??????

The Max is the most limited. Forget how many were made. Think ZT split the projected 250 run with that and the M390 version. 212 S110v 0888s were made.
 
I've never seen a 0888 M390 or MAX with a serial # over 117. I'm not saying that's as high as they go. I personally just have not seen higher.
 
I just an original 0888 with the composite blade #020 and it is incredible. It flips as hard as my shiro, thorburn and q36. I prefered the original to the maxet or m390. I don't like the dlc look.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I will warn you that the handles are very slippery. Prices are all over the place. If you want to check out the action go to my IG since I can't post videos here for some reason.

So shouldn't there be about the same number of Maxamet and M390 0888s? Is the Maxamet more desirable because of the material over M390?
 
Even though more of the 0888 were made than either the 0888MAX and 0888M390 it still seems to be more desirable. Must be the composite blade and the lack of DLC really showing off the superb milling on the handle. Price-wise 0888 and 0888MAX definitely command a premium over the 0888M390.
 
Well the M390s are the cheapest nowadays, I've seen them as low as $750 recently
 
Thanks guys.....I have a 0777 and 0454 so for sometime ive wanted to add an 0888 model to the group. Now I have the cash its time to shop around :)
